Seeking a ROCK STAR Executive Assistant that will work directly for the CEO of an amazing contractor in Beaufort County.
JOB DUTIES:
- Perform Office Administrative Duties directly for the CEO
- Manage the CEO's schedule & keep him on point with all meetings and other obligation
- Organize Project Managements tasks using Gantt Charts & Timelines
- Be able to take a high volume of information then sort it, parse it and prioritize
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Perform financial related duties as needed
- Take meeting notes for CEO and share with the team
- Place orders with distributors and vendors and then seeing them through until delivery
- Be the liaison between the CEO and company departments
- Invoicing clients
- Interact with clients on AR matters
- Perform basic accounting duties to assist the Bookkeeper and CPA
- Work with the service team to improve processes
- Work on getting all clients on electronic payment
- Download invoices from vendors and collaborate with bookkeeping
- Ensure expenses are billed back to clients
- Work with insurance company to obtain certificates of insurance
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 years as a Professional Administrative Assistant
- Minimum of 2 years in an Executive Assistant role (preferred)
- Must be proficient in Office Administrative duties
- Must be proficient using the following software programs: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Gantt Charts, Finance software
- Highly Organized
- Scheduling

- Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM
PAY:
- $16.00/hr. - $22.00/hr. DOE
