     As a BDC Representative you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with customer inquiries via internet, phone, and in person after their visit. Candidate must be able to multitask, self motivated, and goal driven. 

       Responsibilities include:
    • Communicating with customer base and following up with sales traffic in order to develop relationships and set appointments for our sales department
    • Answering incoming phone and internet leads
    • Utilize our lead management system and coordinate schedules of sales people
    • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Have strong computer skills
    • Be a motivated self starter with the ability to multitask
    • Meet or exceed daily goals

          Job Duties Include:
    • Monitor and contact incoming inquiries from customer via telephone and e-mail
    • Answering incoming sales calls from our clients regarding vehicles of their choosing
    • Following up with showroom visits to ensure our clients have no additional questions
    • Learning and following sales calls and e-mail scripts
    • Setting, confirming, and following up on appointments
    • Outbound calls to lease maturity lists letting our guests know when their lease is coming due.
    • Using Proactive Dealer Solutions (BDCTN, Role Playing, BDC Tracker)
    • To become certified through GM Global Connect Learning Center
    • Other duties as assigned

    Job Type:
    Full-time

    Salary:
    $11.00/ hour plus commission with full benefits after 90 days

    Required education:
    High school or equivalent
