Mom's Who Stroll offers stroller-based workouts designed to let Mom's workout with their kiddos. The classes are a 45 minute workout based on Strollercize®. These workouts will consist of a warm-up, cardio, strength and resistance training, yoga, barre and much more. This is a great way for moms to get fit, have fun and meet other local moms. Any age and fitness level is welcome to join!
