The event will have live music\, food\, raffles\, activities for both kids and adults\, yoga\, wellbeing local resources\, and much more. This is an event for all family members. 1 in 5 Wellness Festival is an initiative to bring awareness to the fact that 1 in 5 people can develop a mental illness in their lifetime. Some of these health conditions are stress\, depression\, anxiety\, alienation and\, sadly\, sometimes self-harm and suicide.
