DESCRIPTION:Exercise equals Brain Health. Register for this year's 3rd annual Move Your Mind 5K Walk/Run taking place on the beach at 51 South Forest Beach Drive on the south end of Hilton Head Island. Free Parking and Pancakes will be offered to all race registrants after the race at Providence Presbyterian Church. This is located across the street from the beach. Registration is $25 and the Kids Fun Run\, a 400-meter race for ages 6 and under\, is $10. The Kids Fun Run will take place prior to the 5K.
