Call Friends of Caroline at 843-525-6257 or visit fochospice.org. Since 1977\, FRIENDS of Caroline has been providing palliative\, hospice and bereavement care to The Lowcountry Community. This care provides quality-of-life care that offers hope and encouragement to those nearing the end-of-life's journey and support for their family\, friends and the community.
