Learn how SC Works and the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce can help local employers strengthen their workforce at no additional cost. This Lunch & Learn will cover job posting assistance, veteran services, the STAYS Program, Career Coach resources, virtual and in-person hiring events, available tax incentives, On-the-Job Training funding, labor market information, and how to create an SC Works account. Employers with W-2 employees can take advantage of these services, which are funded through the Unemployment Insurance tax and designed to support hiring, training, and workforce development needs.
