  • Bookkeeper (Hilton Head Island, SC)

    Seeking a Full-Time Temporary Bookkeeper for a Property Management firm in Bluffton, SC.

    JOB DUTIES:   
    • Bookkeeping data entry (including deposit details, debits & checks)
    • Reconciling bank and credit card accounts running daily/weekly balances as scheduled per client
    • Process accounts payable
    • Process accounts receivable
    • Process monthly/quarterly/annual sales tax. 
    REQUIREMENTS:
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • 2 years of experience using QuickBooks and Excel in a bookkeeping capacity
    • Familiarity with payroll liabilities
    • Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment in a team setting
    • Consistent email organization skills 
    • Excellent digital and verbal team communication skills. 
    • An interest in learning new software and how to interpret and edit a Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
    • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds

    PAY RATE & SCHEDULE
    • $15.00/hr.
    8:00AM – 5:00PM (Monday – Friday)
