CLIENT RELATIONS MANAGER (Savannah/Bluffton/Hilton Head)

After years of working in the green industry, are you ready to advance your career as a Client Relations Manager for The Greenery, Inc.? The Client Relations Manager (CRM) interacts with clients and the overall Greenery team on a regular, ongoing basis, and will be responsible for modeling and enforcing The Greenery standards of practices and procedures while ensuring high client satisfaction. Top Responsibilities Include: • Daily site visits • Building and maintaining client relationships • Ensuring and resolving quality control standards Requirements: • 2-3 years in the landscape/green industry • Green Industry education preferred • Knowledge of horticulture, landscaping, and turf management preferred • Strong communication skills to relate with customers and employees This is a management position, and a leadership role; as such, the right person for this role will have demonstrated expertise and a personable, leadership work ethic.
