    Accurate Litho is the only full-service print shop in South Carolina’s Beaufort-Jasper County area.  We pride ourselves on building lasting relationships with our clients through customer service, integrity, quality and craftmanship.     THE ROLE
    The purpose of the Associate Project Manager is to provide Accurate Litho clients with first-rate customer service and to ensure 100% satisfaction with delivered printing services.  This includes the promotion of Accurate Litho’s capabilities and selling of services; client consultation on design and product selection to deliver optimal printed products based on client’s needs; recommend modifications to enhance quality, functionality, and client cost savings when appropriate; manage customer projects to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability through all phases of production.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Communicate with customers via telephone, email and in person to accurately record print job requirements based on customer needs
    • Review job tickets to determine appropriate print services and manage project through production
    • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) to design or modify artwork to ensure optimal print results
    • Run digital print jobs on Ricoh Pro 7100 / Pro 651EX
    • Pre-press layout and printing plate creation
    • Communicate/collaborate with Pressman and Bindery to ensure on-time quality job delivery
    • May perform other duties assigned to fulfill Accurate Litho objectives
    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
    • Computer skill competency to include Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office for Mac (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    • Customer service skill competency
    • Creativity and problem-solving skills
    • Willingness to support the overall success of the team and step-in where needed
    • Knowledge of paper stocks, weights, and finishes preferred
    • Previous commercial print shop experience or formal graphic design training preferred
    • Physical Requirements: ability to lift up to 30 pounds
    WORK HOURS
    • Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • 40 hours vacation pay after 12 months of continuous employment
