Virginia Ariail has been practicing law in the Lowcountry for two years. Most recently, Ms. Ariail was an Associate Attorney at Devine & Beard, where she focused on all aspects of immigration law as well as family law and criminal defense in South Carolina.
Prior to joining Devine & Beard, Ms. Ariail served as a Law Clerk for the Mulikin Law Firm, where she worked on family and environmental law cases in South Carolina. From 2019 to 2020, Ms. Ariail worked for the Alliance for Lawyers and Rural America, where she informed and educated members of the community on legal issues in rural America. Prior to that, Ms. Ariail was a Law Clerk for the National Wild Turkey Federation. During her time at NWTF, Ms. Ariail researched legal issues related to environmental economic policy, land conservation, easements, and public trusts - in addition to non-profit organizations, incorporation, and regulation.
As someone who was born and raised in the Lowcountry, Ms. Ariail is dedicated to helping the local community. Ms. Ariail enjoys spending time with her rescue dog and hunting.
