    On March 26, 2021, Governor Henry McMaster and the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) announced that all South Carolinians aged 16 and older will be eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine beginning March 31, 2021.
    U.S. Small Business Administration Updates
    Did you apply for the Paycheck Protection Program? On Tuesday, March 30, 2021, President Biden signed the PPP Extension Act of 2021 extending the PPP an additional two months to May 31, 2021. There will also be an additional 30-day period for the SBA to process applications that are still pending.
    Did you apply for the COVID-19 Economic Injury Disaster Loans? If so, the U.S. Small Business Administration is increasing the maximum amount that small businesses and non-profit organizations can borrow.
    Are you considered a live venue operator or promoter, theatrical producer, live performing arts organization operator, museum operator, motion picture theatre operator, or talent representative? If so, you may be eligible for additional funding.
    The Shuttered Venue Operators Grant (SVOG) program was established through the Economic Aid to Hard-Hit Small Businesses, Nonprofits and Venues Act and amended by the American Rescue Plan Act to provide over $16 billion in economic relief. The application is slated to open on April 8, 2021.
    Did you receive a Disaster Loan? If so, an additional 12-month deferment of principal and interest payments will be automatically granted to these borrows.
