PEIRCE GROUP CELEBRATES GRAND OPENING OF NEW LOCATION
Bluffton, SC: Tim Peirce, Team Leader at Peirce Group with Keller Williams, celebrates the grand opening of his team’s new location on April 21st from 12pm-1pm in Bluffton with a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the Bluffton Chamber of Commerce. Light refreshments will be provided and guests will have the opportunity to tour the new office.
“I never thought this is what I would do long term, but it turned out that I was really good at it and over 20 years, my business exploded,” Tim says. “I am passionate about real estate - it is an incredible tool to build wealth in this country but more importantly, I believe that the service we provide as Realtors is essential.” Tim and his team of 15 are focused on positively impacting the lives of those around them. About Tim Peirce: Tim has a background in software sales, consulting services, hardware, and training. He jokes that he fell into real estate by accident and found his true passion. Tim wants every member of his team to feel as fulfilled as he is in his work and family life. He and his high school sweetheart, Maura, have two boys, Charlie (17) and Shane (15). Maura is a third-grade teacher at St. Gregory the Great School and is passionate about teaching, Charlie is active in theater, the Chamber Leadership Program, and Youth in Government, and Shane is an avid football player and golfer. Tim is grateful for the opportunities real estate has provided saying, “I’m passionate about building wealth through real estate while I am able to enjoy the last few years of having my boys at home.”
