Don Brashears is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, but has been a proud resident of South Carolina since 1997. Brashears earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Commerce and an MBA in International Economics and Finance from Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ.
At the age of 18, Brashears began his career at U.S. STEEL, a division of USX, as a laborer. Thirty years later, he retired from his career with U.S. STEEL as Area Manager for the Sheet and Galvanizing Facilities. During his time at U.S. STEEL, he ran Tin Finishing operations, which produced products for companies like Campbell's Soup, Chrysler, Del Monte, GM, Toyota, and others. Brashears is currently the Owner/Partner of Atlantic Real Estate, Inc. (Hilton Head Island, SC) and Liberty Tax Service (Bluffton, SC).
In addition to his day-to-day job, Brashears is heavily involved in the community. He currently serves as the Board Chairman for the Greater Bluffton Chamber of Commerce. He also serves as Board Chair for Southeast TechInventures and is the Chair of The Literacy Center. In addition, he serves as a Board Member for Ariel Savannah Angel Partners, LLC and Ag TechInventures. Brashears is also involved in the Rotary Club of Hilton Head (Past - President) and is a strong advocate for Rotary International. Together, he and his wife, Terri, have hosted 13 exchange students from all over the world as they attended Hilton Head High School during the school year.

Megan Mack is a native of Greenbush, Maine, but has been a proud resident of South Carolina since 2004. Mack earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from Keuka College in Keuka Park, New York. She also earned a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from New England College in Henniker, New Hampshire.
Mack currently serves as the Rehabilitation Director for Beaufort Memorial Hospital. Prior to serving as the Rehabilitation Director, Mack held positions in multiple facets at Beaufort Memorial Hospital, including Outpatient Pediatric Rehabilitation Manager, Outpatient Pediatric Rehabilitation Team Leader, and Staff Occupational Therapist.
In addition to her day-to-day job, Mack has always been involved in the local community. She currently serves as a Board Member of the Greater Bluffton Chamber of Commerce and is part of the Human Resources Committee. Mack has also held many leadership positions within the Bluffton Rotary Club and continues to be an active member. She previously spent time volunteering with Bluffton Jasper Volunteers in Medicine. Mack is a graduate of the Greater Bluffton Chamber of Commerce Leadership Academy, Beaufort Memorial Hospital Leadership Institute, and the South Carolina Hospital Association Management Academy.

Evan Bromley was born and raised in Aiken, South Carolina, but now owns the Bromley Law Firm, LLC in Bluffton, SC. Evan is an experienced litigator whose practice primarily consists of trial and transactional matters in the areas of business, construction, association law, estate planning and probate, and personal injury.
Since 2013, Bromley has held an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. This is the highest rating a lawyer can receive and is only awarded to attorneys deemed by their peers to exhibit the highest legal ability and ethical standards.
Active in the local community, Evan is past President of the Beaufort County Bar Association. He formerly served on the Board of Directors for Libraries for Kids International, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Bluffton Chamber of Commerce. Bromley was selected by the Chamber to be a member of Leadership Bluffton, Class of 2016. In 2022, the Beaufort County Council appointed Evan to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
Evan and his wife, Amy, live in Bluffton with their boys, Sam and Benjamin, and more dogs than he cares to disclose. The Bromleys are members of Compassion Christian Church.

Ron Gray - Retired Executive
Ron Gray is a retired corporate executive who lives in Sun City where he chairs the Strategic Planning Committee and serves on the Leadership Development Committee. Gray has served on the Greater Bluffton Chamber of Commerce's Board of Directors since 2012 and has chaired the Non-Profit, Education, and Bluffton Business Awards/Bluffton Ball Committees. Currently, Ron serves on the Executive Committee, the Board Nominating Committee, and the Human Resources Committee.
Gray earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Penn State University and an MS Degree in Training and Development from Saint Joseph's University.
Ron's career has included leadership positions with Scott Paper Company, Saint Joseph's University and AAA.

Meg James is a proud native of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, but resides in Bluffton with her husband, William. James earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of South Carolina and a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing Management from Colorado Technical University.
James has been with the Hilton Head Area Home Builders Association since May 2013 and currently serves as their Executive Officer. She is responsible for the management of the professional organization and its membership of nearly 500 industry companies operating in and around Beaufort, Hampton and Jasper Counties.
In addition to serving on the Board of Directors for the Greater Bluffton Chamber of Commerce, she is also a board liaison for the Bluffton Chamber Golden Oyster Awards Committee. James is an active member of the Town of Bluffton's Affordable Housing Committee, Past Chair of the Home Builders Association of South Carolina Executive Officers Council, and a Community Partner on the Town of Hilton Head's Our Plan Inclusive Work Group, "Fostering an Inclusive Multi-dimensional Community."
James is passionate about event planning and helping people win! When asked what the Greater Bluffton Chamber of Commerce can do for her, Meg said, “Continue to be a partner in the fight on both local and state regulatory issues as they relate to our respective memberships; as well as continue to champion our community leadership efforts and help promote our members.”
