I am a Vice President and Business Development Banker with Coastal States Bank.  I have extensive Retail, Small Business Lending, Middle Market Lending and Business Banking experience spanning 30+ years in the industry.  Our market area includes all of Beaufort and Jasper Counties, and we specialize in Consumer and Commercial Banking relationships.  We are a locally-based, locally-managed community Bank, with a customer-centric focus.  

Dr. Mary, a seasoned naturopathic doctor and the visionary founder of Trilera Holistic Care, LLC, brings over 20 years of expertise in natural health consultation. Established in November 2019, Trilera Holistic Care reflects her unwavering commitment to holistic healing, inspired by a lifelong dedication to natural medicine.

Growing up on Chicago’s Southside, Dr. Mary’s health journey began with her mother’s passion for wellness, rooted in her catering business. Her belief in holistic healing was strengthened when she helped her son overcome asthma as a child and supported her mother’s recovery from arthritis and hyperthyroidism. Today, both her son and 93-year-old mother thrive without pharmaceuticals. Dr. Mary empowers clients through her intuitive and practical teaching style, inspiring self-awareness and sustainable wellness practices.

Dr. Mary’s formal training started with earning her nursing degree in high school, becoming a licensed practical nurse in 1989. In 1994, she began training in natural health with Dr. Llaila Afrika in Hampton, Virginia. Graduating Summa Cum Laudefrom the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1997, she went on to earn a Doctorate in Naturopathic Health from Trinity College of Natural Health in 2013, becoming a Certified Natural Health Practitioner while pursuing a distinguished 30-year military career.

In 2011, Dr. Mary authored My Little Green Book, a guide for health-conscious shoppers on making nutritious choices across all dietary needs. Her extensive credentials include GEMA Licensed Ecclesiastical Holistic Practitioner, Certified Homeopathic Practitioner, Digestive Health Professional, Certified Biblical Coach, and Board-Certified Natural Wellness Professional, among others.

Dr. Mary is actively involved in her community, serving as a Bluffton Town Ambassador, former President of the local Holistic Chambers of Commerce, and an active Chamber of Commerce member. She also holds key leadership roles as a Life University Board Trustee, Lowcountry Legal Volunteers Board Trustee, Piedmont Hemp Board Advisor, Behind the Leaf Board Advisor (a nonprofit for women in business), and Primary Naturopathic Consultant for Cayenne Wellness Center.

Through Trilera Holistic Care, Dr. Mary channels her expertise and dedication, championing a path to vibrant health and empowerment through natural, holistic practices.

Monty has been helping the creation and workings of Hilton Head Solar, which is owned by his son Steven Schwartz, for the past three years down in the Lowcountry of South Carolina. Hilton Head Solar is a sister organization of Lucent Energy LLC., which has been in existence for over eleven (11) years in the Northeast. Hilton Head Solar does NOT use subcontractors for any jobs. In addition, Hilton Head Solar is a very community minded company which donates many man hours to the local Fire Dept. in giving working seminars ON THE TOPIC OF HANDLING FIRES WITH SOLAR PANELS. HH Solar also offers discounts to first responders (Police and Firemen) as well as to Service men and Veterans. In addition, folks who refer a client to us ( supply name , address, and the electric bill for that referred individual that purchases a solar system), will receive a $500 referral check upon closing. Hilton Head Solar will not be undersold when a competitors contract is presented.
