Professional Home Care & Cleaning Assistant

We are seeking an exceptionally dependable, detail-oriented Home Care & Cleaning Assistant who takes genuine pride in maintaining homes to an outstanding standard.

Employment History

A demonstrated history of stable, long-term employment is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone interested in developing a dependable, long-term working relationship rather than someone seeking short-term or temporary work.

Reliability matters tremendously in this position. Candidates should be prepared to provide professional references who can speak to their attendance, punctuality, work ethic, attention to detail, and dependability.

Independent Contractor Position

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not a traditional W-2 employee position.

The individual selected will be responsible for managing their own tax obligations and maintaining any documentation, insurance, licensing, or other requirements applicable to their independent contractor status.

We are seeking someone who values the independence of contract work while also understanding the importance of professionalism, reliability, communication, and accountability when representing our company in clients' homes.
