RESPONSIBILITES • Strong knowledge of Sanitation practices, working with the sanitation team to ensure plant pre-op inspection compliance.• Collect samples and assists with completion of tasks in the QA Microbiology and Chemistry Lab.• Assist in food safety (CFIA, 3rd Party and customer) audits and mock recalls.• Performs general lab procedures and other designated QA task, as needed.• Maintain and update daily QA and plant reports; ensure accuracy and correctness of data• Work closely with QA Manager
