About Us

Collins Construction Services, Inc. is a full-service General Contractor offering Design-
Build, Ground-up Vertical Construction, Demolition, Renovations, Interior Buildouts and
Additions since 1992 across Georgia and South Carolina. We became a Certified Woman-Owned Enterprise in 2009 and
received our 8(a) & WOSB certification in May 2016. We have performed successful
projects at Ft. Gordon, Ft. Jackson, Ft. Gillem, the 165th Air National Guard in Garden
City and all across South Carolina and Georgia for municipal & private entities. We have
a qualified staff, familiar with USACE, DOD and other federal entity requirements. Our
Project Managers and Superintendents are CQM and OSHA 30 certified and have SSHO
experience. With a strong balance of both federal and private work, our experience,
leadership, and financial strength ensures Collins will provide superior technical services
and cost-effective solutions to any agency.
