              Looking for a personalized movement experience? Dancing Hammock Pilates + Movement caters to you the individual and your unique needs. Whether you are pre- or post-rehab, looking for a fitness based Pilates session, or searching for a new and welcoming community, DHP is YOUR place!

              We are a FULLY equipped Pilates studio offering Private, Duet, & Custom sessions on Reformers, Towers, Chairs, and aerial hammocks. 7-pp Group classes scheduled online via website.
