    Over the course of 10 months (June 2026 – March 2027), participants will engage in a module-based leadership experience that goes beyond observation and into real development—focused on the topics that matter most in today’s workplace: Mission, Culture & Excellence, Pride, Growth, High Standards, Decision-Making, Conflict, and even Fun in the workplace.
