About the Committee
The seven member Affordable Housing Committee is tasked with assisting and advising Town Council on the establishment of affordable housing criteria for Town sponsored affordable housing development projects and initiatives as well as defining the Town's affordable housing goals, guidelines, and policies, and funding mechanisms per the Committee's establishment by a majority vote of Town Council on January 12, 2010 and Town Council Resolution adopted on August 11, 2015 establishing the Charter (PDF) for the Committee.Agendas & Minutes
