Meet Our Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is a board of governance, determining the strategic plan of action for the Chamber that directs the Chamber's program of work. Key responsibilities include: setting strategic direction, oversight and accountability, fiduciary duties, risk management, executive leadership, policy setting, and membership representation. As a key leader of the organization, they are tasked with playing a role in identifying issues and opportunities that will drive our Chamber success to better serve you, our valued Chamber Member. The Chamber Ambassadors are premier volunteer champions of the Chamber who assist members in maximizing their investment through member-to-member communication, encouraging involvement, and enhancing the knowledge and understanding of the organization. Serving as an Ambassador is a great way to grow and expand your network, share your business with others, and increase your return on investment. The Bluffton Chamber Young Professionals program exists to develop strong local leaders who enhance the community by helping them strengthen necessary personal and professional skill-sets. We engage area young professionals with the broader business community in order to help them establish a local professional network and equip them to give back to the community. The program is structured in a way that gives young professionals experience leading as they learn from the experience of seasoned professionals who serve as mentors and coaches. This networking group meets monthly to learn from an expert on a major topic of leadership and professionalism. The Leadership Team is responsible for carrying out the mission of this group, planning and facilitating monthly gatherings and engaging this group with the larger community.

The Marketing Committee will work with the Greater Bluffton Chamber of Commerce to develop a marketing plan with different mediums that best suites the needs of our members.

The Taste of Bluffton Committee will work with the Greater Bluffton Chamber of Commerce to brainstorm, plan and execute the signature Taste of Bluffton event.
