for a sharp, detail-oriented Operations Manager to keep our team running smoothly — from
merchant onboarding to terminal logistics to customer relationships. If you love solving

What You'll Do
Process and Workflow
• Manage merchant applications end-to-end — from quick application through MID
generation
• Oversee Pay Proudly Health applications through Praxis installation
• Assemble pre-sale and post-sale folders and manage action items to resolution
• Create and manage cases through to resolution
Team & Communication
• Lead weekly team meetings and keep the group aligned
• Surface bottlenecks and drive collaborative solutions across departments
• Serve as a key liaison between Relationship Management, Client Services, and Help Desk
Inventory & Resources
• Keep terminal inventory stocked and tracked at all times
• Troubleshoot hardware for repair or replacement as needed
• Maintain the inventory tracker and manage general office supplies
Customer Relationships & CRM
• Own the Internal CRM platform — ensure merchant profiles are complete and accurate
• Track equipment serial numbers and TPNs for all active merchants
• Generate monthly PCI compliance reports and manage newsletter and anniversary lists
• Coordinate and facilitate merchant anniversary gifts
Problem Resolution & Compliance
• Triage and resolve transaction errors, pricing issues, terminal failures, and customer
complaints
• Ensure all merchants maintain PCI compliance
• Work with vendor and partner teams to resolve issues affecting payment systems
Vendor & Marketing Support
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors providing software and hardware
• Oversee the company newsletter and social media content calendar
