When you partake in great BBQ, here are a few things to consider. **THIS IS NOT A RESTAURANT** It's a BBQ joint, you may have to serve yourself a few things, get your own drink, clean up after yourself. Don't be scared, you're paying for the BBQ, not the service.

There is a 12 hour cooking process, it's not mass produced. It is a batch at a time. You cannot speed up this process, it is essential. We will not serve it before it is ready. We tend to sell out every now and then. Once you taste it you will understand why. This is the nature of great BBQ. But fear not, we will cook more. Everything is fresh and prepared daily, as mediocrity is not on our menu.

So relax, have some tea or a beer and wait for your turn. If we have it, you will get it. If this doesn't suit you, I suggest you get your order to go. Don't deprive yourself of great BBQ with preconceived notions. It is what it is...
