Property Operations Manager

Crescent Pointe Golf Club and its sister club, Eagles Pointe Golf Club, is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated full-time Property Operations Manager. The right candidate will have experience with property maintenance, be a self-starter and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
• Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
• Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills required.
• Roofing and HVAC experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in variable types of weather and temperatures.
• Must be able to climb stairs, ladders and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be available to work weekends as well as nights and holidays as needed.
• Computer literacy skills.

Skills

• Proven experience as maintenance manager
• Experience in planning maintenance operations
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
• Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
• Ability to keep track of and report on activity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
